Scourge isn't going to be "dropped" like Metal and Boss-version Fang were is he? I know his moves - as is - were mostly Sonic's, but I'm sure you could think of ways to make him sort of the Ken to Sonic's Ryu, so to speak. (Or maybe the Akuma to Sonic's Ryu and Manic's Ken-- you get the idea). <_<
